From Staraya Derevnya metro station, you’ll see the Buddhist temple on the way; from Krestovsky Ostrov station, you can drop by the Divo Ostrov amusement park before visiting Yelagin island.

A green island outside of the centre, but still reachable by the metro. Good place for picnic, rollerskating, or ice-skating at winter. There is also a palace on the island that you can visit.

Certainly an awesome place in Summer, wear good boots if you come there when snows melts, there's a lot of mud!
