In the new halls near the harbor the main samba schools of Rio are housed. Visitors can watch as the carnival costumes are tailored and the huge cars are built. Thursdays there are also Shows. Samba!

Don't expect to find an international ATM in the upstairs departure area. Try your luck downstairs on the main floor near Arrivals, to your far left as you enter the main terminal.

Getting much better with more food choices. But they should turn off the loudspeaker announcements, they are noisy, unintelligible and give you a headache.
