Go in the afternoon & again at night to see a remarkable change in activities. Afternoon stroll is without crowds but the crowd moves you at night. Unspoken rule: Don't point camera at the ladies.

Mixed feelings. You can have your camera with you but do not take photos of the girls. Mostly for curious tourists and sex tourism seekers. Beautiful area overall by the canals. Great architecture.
